The register contains customers’ contact details, including names and address information, which are necessary for processing and delivering orders, as well as for customer service and marketing purposes.
Data related to job applications is used solely for recruitment purposes and is stored for six (6) months from the date the information is entered into the register.
Personal data is primarily collected through customers’ own contacts. Contact details and customer relationship data included in the register are obtained with the customer’s consent when the customer relationship is established and during its course, based on notifications provided by the customer to the data controller.
A customer relationship is established when a customer submits a request for a quotation, places an order for products, or otherwise provides their contact details to the data controller (e.g. by responding to a marketing campaign, participating in a competition or vote, or through a similar interaction) by telephone, reply card, via the internet, email, text message, or other comparable means.
The name and address details as well as telephone numbers of the customer or the customer’s representative may be updated from telephone company registers and from the customer’s own website. Data may also be collected and updated from the Trade Register and from other similar public and private registers.
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties. However, data may be disclosed within the corporate group. You can familiarize yourself with the Group’s privacy policy via the link provided.
Personal data may also be disclosed to authorities or comparable entities in cases involving misuse or criminal investigations.
The systems used to process the data in the register are protected by passwords and other technical safeguards. Access to personal data is restricted to persons who are entitled to process such data as part of their job duties.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data and to request the correction of any inaccurate information. The data subject also has the right to prohibit the use of their personal data for direct marketing or similar purposes and to otherwise exercise the rights granted under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by submitting a written request for access to the data controller.
